The annual British Fashion Awards (The Fashion Awards) were held on December 4 at the Royal Abel Hall in London. 2023 can be said to be another glorious year for designer Jonathan Anderson. After winning the International Designer of the Year at the CFDA Awards, the “Fashion Oscars” in the United States last month, he has now won the Designer of the Year Award at the British Fashion Awards. At the same time, he also created costumes for Queen Beyoncé for her concert “Renaissance” tour, and the red jersey worn by another Queen Rihanna at the Super Bowl halftime show this year was also made by him.
Other award-winning highlights include Valentino Garavani, founder of the fashion brand Valentino, receiving the Outstanding Achievement Award. The 91-year-old was unable to attend, but was attended by his long-term business partner Giancarlo Giammetti and actress Anne Hathaway.
