Jay Chou becomes Dior brand ambassador, LV names new Korean boy group

French fashion boutique brand Dior announced that Chinese pop music king Jay Chou has become a global brand ambassador. Although this news may seem a bit sudden, the two parties have actually been cooperating for a long time and have a well-established relationship.

From Jay Chou’s Instagram community, we can find that as early as 2020, when Dior teamed up with Jordan Brand to launch the Dior In every solo concert, including the one held in Thailand just last week, he performed on stage wearing Dior men’s clothing.

Jay Chou also chose to wear Dior men’s clothing when he was interviewed and photographed for the cover of the international fashion magazine L’officiel and the men’s magazine Esquire China this year. He even collaborated with the auction house Christie’s to plan the auction and promoted the denim in the video. The outfit and B57 sneakers are both from Dior, and many people have long thought that the official announcement was only a matter of time.

Also for men’s clothing, Louis Vuitton (LV) announced RIIZE, the latest men’s group from South Korea’s SM Entertainment, as its brand ambassador. RIIZE has just officially debuted in early September. Its first single album “Get A Guitar” sold over one million copies within the first week of its release in September and topped the international charts, attracting global attention.
