Mainland artist Liu Wenhui’s mortise-and-tenon structural building blocks were also selected this time. This technique can build pavilions and buildings that have stood for hundreds of years without the need for a nail or fixing device. This technique is extended to create exquisite building block art. South Korea’s traditional shield kite and Italian MODIANO playing cards are also on the list. Bottega Veneta has also cooperated with Modiano workshop to create an exclusive playing card set, paired with a limited edition leather envelope. Starting from December this year, the above artworks will be available through the brand’s official website and Milan flagship store The window display pays tribute to the endless creativity.
