Montblanc FW25 Leather Collection: A Wild Symphony of Writing and Craftsmanship
The Inspiration: Ostrich Texture & Wild Aesthetics Inspired by the swift ostrich of the desert, the unique texture of ostrich skin offers high visual recognition. For its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, Montblanc has utilized ostrich-embossed calfskin in striking hues of Khaki and Velvet Blue. Complemented by nib-shaped buckles, the collection reveals a bold, “wild” side of the writing lifestyle.
Design Philosophy by Marco Tomasetta This season, Artistic Director Marco Tomasetta continues to explore the balance between form, functionality, and refined design. By transforming smooth, supple calfskin with an ostrich-embossed finish, he injects a rugged energy into pieces such as long and short wallets and versatile desk trays. A standout item is the storage box, meticulously designed to house eight watches and seven writing instruments. Another highlight is the nib-shaped pouch, featuring a unique tapered flap structure and a luxurious suede-textured interior.
Signature Collections: Meisterstück & Atelier The Meisterstück collection introduces the lightweight Mini Bowling Bag, available in black and sand calfskin, which can be hand-carried or worn with a shoulder strap. The Mini Crossbody Bag also sees new updates in black, velvet blue, sand, and the new khaki ostrich-embossed finish.
